Job Description

As a UI/UX Designer at Four Squire Business Services, you will own the user experience and interface design for our digital products. By collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will design intuitive, visually appealing, and effective solutions that align with both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and visual designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and UI/UX best practices.
• Partner with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a digital product environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and user-centered design expertise.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a bonus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
