Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, you will ensure projects are aligned with business goals and completed on time with the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and objectives.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and integrating feedback.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Program Manager role or a similar capacity.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
