Job Description

As a Business System Analyst at Four Squire Business Services, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technology implementation. By working closely with stakeholders, you will analyze processes, define system requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications for technology solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend software tools or system enhancements to meet business goals.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with expectations.
• Lead workshops and meetings to discuss, refine, and finalize requirements.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including process flows, requirement specifications, and user manuals.
• Track project progress and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and creating functional specifications.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data analysis techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across teams.
